DESCRIPTION:Join a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide during this restorative nature immersion as you practice gratitude during this season of thanks. Participants will be guided through a series of open invitations designed to help you notice the natural world around you. \nNo prior experience is necessary\, just comfortable shoes\, weather-appropriate clothing and an openness to slowing down.
