Join us for a fun and playful yoga class for your little one. We will get our minds and bodies moving with stretching, poses, mindfulness, and games. Yoga is inclusive to all, and we can accommodate children of all abilities. Class may take place outdoors if weather permits. Yoga mats will be provided.
