At the North Shore, we know that play can be a powerful tool for a child’s growth and development. Come strike a pose outdoors with us! We will blend movement, mindfulness, and nature into this outdoor yoga session.
This activity is great for building strength, coordination, and body awareness, supporting self-regulation and attention, and providing sensory input in a calming environment.
