Join a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide during this restorative nature immersion as you practice gratitude during this season of thanks. Participants will be guided through a series of open invitations designed to help you notice the natural world around you.

No prior experience is necessary, just comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing and an openness to slowing down. This Rooted in Nature program is offered in sponsorship with Unity Point Health.
