Sunrise Gentle Movement Yoga
Join occupational therapist and yoga instructor, Stacey Huffman, to greet the day with gentle movement and mindful breathing in this calming sunrise yoga class at Easter Lake. As the light grows, you’ll ease into a series of stretches and flows designed to awaken your body, clear your mind, and set a positive tone for the day ahead. Perfect for all levels and physical abilities, this session invites you to start your morning feeling refreshed, centered, and energized. This Rooted in Nature program is offered in sponsorship with UnityPoint Health.
Items to bring: yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and water bottle. Class will be held on the beach or inside the Event Center dependent on weather conditions.
